Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

All individual appointments must be paid in full prior to scheduling. No appointment will be confirmed until payment and required documentation (such as consent forms) have been received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund at the discretion of Timely Testing Services.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will not receive a refund and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

​

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if Timely Testing Services must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and the client cannot be accommodated.​
