Scheduling & Payment

All individual testing appointments require full payment prior to scheduling. Appointments are not confirmed until payment and signed consent forms are received.

Mobile & On-Site Services

Testing is performed at approved or designated locations only. We do not provide services inside private residences. Travel fees may apply for mobile services and will be disclosed prior to booking.

Results & Documentation

Test results are provided electronically once available. Rapid test results are typically available within 15–20 minutes; lab-based results within 1–2 business days, depending on the type of testing and laboratory processing time.

Professional Standards

Timely Testing Services upholds strict chain-of-custody procedures, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times. All testing is performed by trained and certified collectors.
 

Limitation of Liability

Timely Testing Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Testing services are provided for official, legal, and compliance purposes only.
